This study used the Publish or Perish application to select and summarize the literature. The literature reviewed includes annual reports posted on IDX, scientific articles, and relevant books. The result of this study is that WIKA has implemented Good Corporate Governance (GCG) with the TARIF principles and regulations under the legal framework in Indonesia. The principle of transparency is applied with the openness of annual report information at IDX by Financial Services Authority regulations (POJK). Accountability, containing clarity of the functions of business entity organs, refers to the law of limited liability companies (LLCs). Responsibility is applied through mapping implementation approaches and issues considered by various stakeholders. Independence focuses on the core value of AKHLAK for BUMN HR and the use of independent auditors to conduct financial statement audits. Using monthly data from 2014 to 2021, the variables were analyzed with multiple linear regression and the Error Correction Model (ECM). The finding reveals that the international price of soybean oil has a positive and significant effect on the volume of Indonesian RPO exports only in the long run. The research also estimates the effect of the export price of RPO, the exchange rate (Rupiah to US dollar), and Pakistan inflation on the volume of Indonesian RPO exports to Pakistan. The result shows that the export price of RPO has a negative and significant effect on the volume of RPO exports in the long run and in the short run, the exchange rate and Pakistan inflation are statistically insignificant to affect the volume of Indonesian RPO exports. In conclusion, it is suggested that monitoring on the behavior of international prices of soybean oil, as a substitute good for palm oil, should be done on a regular basis; all palm oil stakeholders should collaborate effectively to ensure that the export price of Indonesian RPO remains competitive. The Government of Indonesia should consider to continue negotiating with the Government of Pakistan on the possibility of reducing palm oil import tariffs more than previously agreed in the scheme of the Indonesia-Pakistan Preferential Trade Agreement (IP-PTA) of 2012.</p> Rachel Nadine Saragih, Ni Ketut Budiningsih, Anak Agung Bagus Putu Widanta Copyright (c) 2024 International Journal of Management Research and Economics https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.itbsemarang.ac.id/index.php/Ijmre/article/view/2652 Tue, 12 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0800 The Influence of Laboratory Analyst Performance, Examination Equipment and Work Environment on Patient Satisfaction in Hospital X Through Waiting Time Efficiency Laboratory Examination Results https://jurnal.itbsemarang.ac.id/index.php/Ijmre/article/view/2696 <p><em>This study examines the influence of laboratory analyst performance, examination equipment, and work environment on patient satisfaction at Hospital X through the efficiency of laboratory test result waiting times.
