This process includes significant anatomical, morphological, and molecular changes in their evolutionary history. This study examines paleontological, ontogenetic, and molecular evidence to understand the evolutionary mechanisms of tooth loss and the emergence of baleen. Genetic analysis shows inactivating mutations in enamel genes such as MMP20, ACP4, and KLK4 that promote the loss of enamel and teeth in Mysticeti. Paleontological findings indicate proto-baleen in Aetiocetidae as an important transitional stage to modern baleen structures. Gametogenesis, which includes spermatogenesis and oogenesis, is the stage of formation and maturation of gamete cells through mitosis and meiosis division. The purpose of this study is to understand the differences and similarities in the process of gametogenesis in vertebrate and invertebrate animal groups. This study uses a literature study method in obtaining its data. Although there are variations in structure and mechanism, the process of gametogenesis in vertebrates and invertebrates has similar basic principles. Environmental factors such as temperature also play an important role in influencing spermatogenic activity and reproductive behavior in both groups of animals. The similarities in the basic process indicate that gametogenesis is an evolutionarily conservative mechanism, while specific variations reflect adaptation to the reproductive needs of each species.</em></p> <p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p> Nafasya Rahmandini Na’illah Ega Sivana Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Ilmiah Dan Karya Mahasiswa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-01-02 2025-01-02 3 1 15 25 10.54066/jikma.v3i1.2864 Rancang Bangun Thermohygrometer dengan Sensor Pemantauan Gas Medik Berbasis Internet Of Things (IoT) https://jurnal.itbsemarang.ac.id/index.php/JIKMA/article/view/2867 <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>A thermohygrometer is a device used to measure temperature, humidity, and the concentration of medical gases (CO and CO₂) in operating rooms. The temperature in an operating room should be maintained between 19°C and 24°C, and humidity between 45% and 65%, to prevent damage to electronic equipment and corrosion caused by low temperatures and high humidity. Medical gases containing oxygen can also accelerate corrosion. Therefore, a thermohygrometer equipped with medical gas readings is necessary. This study aims to design a thermohygrometer using a DHT22 sensor to measure temperature and humidity and an MQ-135 sensor to detect CO and CO₂ gases. The obtained data is displayed on an I2C LCD screen and sent to the Blynk application via WiFi using an ESP32. Testing shows a temperature reading error of -0.02%, humidity -0.02%, CO gas 0.32%, and CO₂ -0.16%, all within a tolerance limit of ±5%.</em></p> Setyo Adi Nugroho Yuli Siyamto Fitri Anindyahadi Mahardira Dewantara Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Ilmiah Dan Karya Mahasiswa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-01-06 2025-01-06 3 1 26 43 10.54066/jikma.v3i1.2867 Teori Dalil Hukum Rujuk https://jurnal.itbsemarang.ac.id/index.php/JIKMA/article/view/2876 <p><em>This paper aims to find out how the definition of rujuk, how the himpuna of the arguments about rujuk, how the munasabah of the arguments between the arguments about rujuk and how the concept of rujuk according to the compilation of Islamic law. This research is a library study (library resecarh). Primary data sources are obtained by reading the literature related to the discussion of rujuk. The results of the study show that rujuk is an act or utterance of the husband wanting to return to his spouse while the arguments for rujuk are found in the Qur'an and Hadith, there is a relationship between the arguments with other arguments related to rujuk, and the concept of rujuk according to the compilation of Islamic law is in line with the laws contained in the Qur'an and Hadith.</em></p> Laila Syuhada Mhd. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study explores how the formed organizational culture affects interactions between employees, the implementation of collaboration, and the creation of innovation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation analysis at PT Citra Kesawan Selaras. The results of the study indicate that an organizational culture that supports effective collaboration can facilitate the creation of innovation, which in turn contributes to increased employee productivity and performance. This study aims to evaluate the impact of JLBB development on inter-regional connectivity and traffic congestion reduction. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method through document analysis and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that the planned 19.8 km JLBB is expected to reduce congestion in the city center, improve accessibility, and strengthen connectivity between Surabaya and surrounding cities such as Sidoarjo and Gresik. The project also has the potential to support economic growth through improved goods distribution and create job opportunities around the corridor area. However, the implementation of this project faces challenges in land acquisition and budget constraints, which hinder the acceleration of development. Therefore, regular evaluations and further coordination between the city government and the private sector are necessary to address these obstacles.
