Purchasing Decisions for Pure Cow's Milk in Tlekung Junrejo Village Batu seen from Promotion, Price, and Product Quality

This study set out to investigate and determine whether a product's quality, price, and promotion affect consumers' purchasing decisions. The study's demographic and sample consisted of eight respondents who solely drank pure cow's milk and lived in the Tlekung Junrejo Batu village. Questionnaires were used to collect data for this investigation. The data analysis methods used in this study include the Instrument Test, Normality Test, Hypothesis Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analyzer, and Classical Assumption Analyzer. SPPS is used to analyze this study process. Price, product quality, and advertising all have a positive and significant impact on the purchase of pure cow's milk in Tlekung Junrejo Village, Batu.

Employee performance plays a crucial role in achieving an organization’s goals. It is closely linked to the effects of work competence and work motivation. Recognizing this relationship, companies should focus on these factors to ensure that employee performance remains at an optimal level, thereby facilitating the attainment of the company’s iobjectives. iThis istudy iaims to: (1) iassess whether work competence has a partial ieffect on employee aperformance at the iEnrekang Regency Library and Archives Office; (2) evaluate whether work motivation has a partial effect on employee performance at the same office; and (3) examine whether work competence and work motivation together have a significant impact on employee performance at the Enrekang Regency Library and Archives Office. The population for this research consisted of all employees at the Enrekang Regency Library and Archives Office, totaling 58 individuals. The study utilized a quantitative research approach, surveying the entire population of 58 employees. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The variables included in this research are employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable, with work competence (X1) and work motivation (X2) serving as independent variables. For data analysis, multiple linear regression was employed, utilizing iStatistical Product iand iService iSolution (SPSS) iversion 23. The ifindings irevealed ithat: (1) work icompetence ihas a ipositive iand isignificant ipartial ieffect on iemployee performance at the iEnrekang iRegency iLibrary iand iArchives iOffice; (2) work motivation ialso ihas a ipositive and isignificant ipartial ieffect on iemployee performance at ithe isame ioffice; iand (3) iboth iwork icompetence and iwork imotivation itogether have a ipositive iand isignificant iimpact on iemployee iperformance at the Enrekang Regency iLibrary iand iArchives iOffice.

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of online customer reviews, online customer ratings and purchasing decisions for micellar water garnier products on the Shopee marketplace in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is quantitative with a causality method and a survey approach, data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Sampling used non-probability, precisely using purposive sampling and the analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The test results show that simultaneously online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Online customer reviews partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and online customer ratings have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

The contribution of the tourism sector in Bali Province has grown over the last twenty years, which can be seen from the number of tourist visits which has increased after the Covid-19 pandemic. The phenomenon that occurs is the gap between tourist visits which increases but the increase in investment and MSEs does not occur in all districts in Bali Province. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of investment on labor absorption in Bali Province, to determine the effect of district minimum wages and tourist visits on labor absorption in Bali Province. This research was conducted in Bali Province in the 2019-2023 period. The sample in this study used tabular data techniques. The research method uses quantitative descriptive from the results of documentation studies related to investment data, district minimum wages and tourist visits. The results of this research are that there is a positive influence of investment on labor absorption in Bali Province, apart from that there is an influence of the district minimum wage and tourist visits on labor absorption in Bali Province. This research was conducted in Bali Province in the 2019-2023 period.

This study aims to determine the effect of General Allocation Funds and Local Original Income on Poverty and Economic Growth in East Java. This study uses secondary data with a time series of 2014-2023 with the scope of East Java province. This research model uses a path analysis model using the eviews application. The results of this study indicate that the General Allocation Fund directly has a negative and insignificant effect on Poverty. Local Original Income directly has a negative and significant effect on Poverty. General Allocation Fund directly has a positive and insignificant effect on Economic Growth. Local Original Income directly has a negative and significant effect on Economic Growth. Poverty directly has a negative and significant effect on Economic Growth. Directly, the General Allocation Fund has a positive and insignificant effect on Economic Growth through poverty. Indirectly, Local Original Income has a positive and insignificant effect on Economic Growth through poverty.

The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) was formed with the aim to strengthen economic integration and reduce trade barriers, providing opportunities for member countries, including Indonesia, to improve their competitiveness in the international market, as globalization has driven economic growth and trade between countries, including in Southeast Asia. Indonesia has plenty of natural resources and a large population, which makes it have a lot of export potential, especially in the agricultural sector. However, facing issues such as inadequate infrastructure and fierce competition in the ASEAN market requires a strong export strategy. To beat the competition, Indonesia should concentrate on improving product quality, market access, human resource development, and the use of digital technology, according to the SWOT analysis. Indonesia can take these actions to capitalize on existing opportunities and make a greater contribution to the region's economy.

This research aims to determine the impact of Social Media Marketing on purchase decisions at Rumah Kuning in Sinjai Barat District. The data used in this research is primary data with a total of 80 samples. This type of research is classified as quantitative research. The population in this study consists of the consumers of Rumah Kuning in Sinjai Barat District who follow the Rumah Kuning Instagram account. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. The method used to analyze the relationship between the independent and dependent variables includes the Classical Assumption Test, namely the Normality Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Hypothesis Test (t-test), and Simple Regression Analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study align with (H1), which states that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions at Rumah Kuning in Sinjai Barat District.

This study aims to determine the influence of live streaming and affiliate marketing on online purchasing decisions through social media Tiktok. Marketing has experienced significant developments in conventional methods such as print or television advertising that requires large costs, to social media the main tool for companies and consumers. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The sample used was 102 students of the Management Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University, Class of 2020-2022. Data collectionwas carried out using observation methods, literature studies, and surveys using questionnaires. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using two statistical test methods, namely, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test) using statistical product and service solutions (SPSS). Based on the research results, the results of the f-test hypotesis show that the calculated f value (155,779) > f table (3.088) with a significance level of (0,000) < (0,05) which means that the independent variables (Live Streaming X1 and Affiliate Marketing X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the Y variable (Purchase Decision). Meanwhile, the results of the t-test obtained the calculated t value of the live streaming variable (5.895) > t table (1.985) with a significance level of (0.000) < (0,05) which means that the X1 variable (Live Streaming) partially has a positive and significant influence on the Y variable obtained a calculated t value (4.870) > t table (1.984) with a significance level of (0,000) < (0,05) which means that the variable X2 (Affiliate Marketing) partially has a positive and significant influence on the variable Y (Purchase Decision).

This paper discusses the phenomenon of nepotism and corruption in government from an ethical perspective. Through literature analysis and case studies, this paper examines how nepotism and corruption violate ethical principles, undermine the integrity of government, and harm society. This paper identifies the various forms of nepotism and corruption that occur in government, and analyzes their negative impact on governance, efficiency, and justice. It also discusses the factors that drive nepotism and corruption, such as patronage culture, weak law enforcement, and lack of transparency. As a solution, this paper recommends several strategic steps to prevent and eradicate nepotism and corruption in government, such as strengthening the meritocracy system, increasing transparency and accountability, and ethics education for public officials. This paper is expected to contribute to raising awareness about the importance of ethics in government, as well as encouraging efforts to create a clean, fair and integrity government.

The mosquito repellent product brand HIT, which is suspected of containing harmful active substances, has become the subject of a business ethics violation by PT Megasari Makmur and is the main focus of this analysis. This study aims to examine the elements that led the company to violate business ethics, the importance of regulations governing the use of chemicals, and the impact of such violations on the company's reputation and consumer trust. Data were obtained through literature review and thematic analysis using a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings indicate that non-compliance with business ethics regulations not only harms consumers but also threatens the company's sustainability. In response, PT Megasari Makmur has recalled the problematic product and is working to improve the formulation to make it safer. This study recommends the importance of transparency and ongoing internal audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain consumer trust in the future.

This paper discusses the MV Flag Change Procedure. Atlas Link becomes the Indonesian flag at the Harbor Master's Office. This process aims to understand the steps from submitting an application to issuing an approval letter, as well as registration at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation. This research also identified various required documents, including bills of sale, certificates of fitness, and safety documents. In addition, this paper describes the role of the harbormaster in ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and international standards, as well as the challenges faced during the document validation process with the country of origin. In writing this paper the author used field research and library research methods, and the conclusion that can be drawn is that the procedure for changing the MV Atlas Link flag from a foreign flag to an Indonesian flag at the Belawan harbormaster's office, Medan, involves several important steps, including submitting an application, checking documents. , ship inspection, validation with the country of origin, and registration at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation. During this process the harbormaster acts as an authority who ensures that all steps are carried out in accordance with applicable maritime regulations, both at the national and international level. Compliance with international standards, such as those set by the IMO, is also essential to maintain shipping safety and environmental protection, although these procedures are self-explanatory, obstacles such as difficulties in communication with the country of origin and validation of documents can affect the smoothness of the process. Therefore, proper supervision and handling is very necessary to prevent legal problems and ensure safe ship operations.

Gardatama Anugerah Segara Sejahtera Batam and the role of government agencies in issuing ship certificates, particularly the Safe Manning certificate at Batam port. The Safe Manning certificate is issued by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation for ship crews who meet national and international qualification and competency standards. The process of issuing this certificate requires supporting documents submitted by the shipowner or agency to the harbor master. Gardatama Anugerah Segara Sejahtera Batam has established good cooperative relationships with government agencies, private sectors, and ship owners, making it easier to process services and convey information related to ship needs. This study aims to determine the effect of exports, imports and government spending on national economic growth from 2009 to 2023. The data used in the study is secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu). The research employs a quantitative method through multiple linear regression, with the software Eviews 10 used for analysis. The results of the research indicate that, in part, exports exert a negative and significant influence on national economic growth, while imports exert a positive and significant influence. Furthermore, government expenditure exerts a negative and significant influence on national economic growth. These variables, exports, imports and government expenditure, exert a simultaneous influence on national economic growth.

This study provides insights for improving academic service quality and enhancing student satisfaction. The Industrial Engineering Program aims to enhance academic service quality to support students’ success. Recent survey data indicate a decline in satisfaction, with a 9.11% drop from 2021/2022 to 2022/2023 (from an average score of 4.39 to 3.99) and a further 20.80% decline from 2022/2023 to 2023/2024 (down to 3.16). This study analyzes service quality using SERVQUAL and IPA methods across 22 service attributes to identify areas needing improvement. Results show all attributes with a negative gap, with the smallest gap in academic advising (P10) at -0.76, indicating it is closest to meeting student expectations. The IPA framework categorizes improvements into four quadrants, prioritizing restroom cleanliness, laboratory facilities, and classroom comfort (Quadrant 1). Suggestions include aligning service attributes more closely with student needs and exploring how service quality impacts academic performance and well-being. This research provides key insights to enhance service quality and student satisfaction in the future.

This study aims to analyze the impact of violations of business ethics on workers' rights at PT Alpen Food Industry, known as a leading ice cream producer in Southeast Asia. The company faces a number of violations, including inadequate working conditions, inadequate wage payments, excessive working hours, and discrimination against female workers. The study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach, where data is obtained from various articles, reports, and relevant documents. The results of the study indicate that violations of workers' rights, such as violations of leave rights, unsafe working conditions, gender discrimination, and non-compliance with labor laws, have a significant impact on workers' welfare, the company's reputation, and its business sustainability. The novelty of this study lies in the in-depth analysis of the implications of violations of business ethics on the sustainability of companies in the food industry sector, with the implication that internal policy reform, strengthening law enforcement, and consistent application of business ethics are needed to create a safe, fair, and conducive work environment.

The findings reveal that Indonesia faces challenges such as global competition, threats to the sustainability of marine resources due to overfishing, and demands to meet international standards. However, free trade offers opportunities to expand markets and reduce tariff barriers. The use of technology, supply chain digitalization, and innovation are crucial to enhancing efficiency and product competitiveness. To sustain marine resource conservation and maintain Indonesia's position as a leading tuna producer globally, the government must implement regulations and collaborate with industry stakeholders. The method used is a mix of methods with data obtained from interviews, observations, and simple business documents The results of the study show that 3 perspectives of the balance scorecard are declared to be achieved. In other words, the Cak No chicken noodle business has a good performance in terms of finances, customers, and internal business processes.

Islamic banking in Indonesia, led by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), is experiencing rapid growth, but still faces challenges in product quality and compliance with sharia principles. This article discusses the important role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) in ensuring that banking products comply with sharia principles, including the supervision of the application of fatwas to ensure that products are free from maysir, gharar, and riba. Through qualitative research based on literature study, DPS is proven to have a strategic role in product and service supervision. However, obstacles such as limited independence and lack of product innovation are the main challenges that need to be overcome. This study aims to analyze the effect of population growth, employment opportunities on unemployment and poverty in North Aceh district. this study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). with the period 2013-2022 in North Aceh District. This research model is path analysis using the eviews application. Based on the results of research that has been conducted on the Effect of Population Growth and Employment Opportunities on Unemployment and Poverty in North Aceh Regency, it shows that population growth has a negative and significant effect on unemployment, employment opportunities have a positive and insignificant effect on unemployment, population growth has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty, employment opportunities have a negative and significant effect on poverty and indirectly population growth has a significant effect on poverty through unemployment and also indirectly population growth has an insignificant effect on poverty through unemployment.

This study aims to determine the effect of wages and inflation on economic growth and the open unemployment rate in Banten. This quantitative research uses secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2011 - 2023. The data analysis used used the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the minimum wage directly has a negative and significant effect on economic growth in Banten Province. Inflation has a positive but insignificant effect on economic growth in Banten Province. Minimum wage has a negative and significant effect on the Open Unemployment Rate in Banten Province. This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover on profitability at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), during the 2019–2023 period, by examining financial performance reports. The research employs a descriptive design with a quantitative approach. The analysis examines three variables: working capital turnover and accounts receivable turnover as independent variables, and profitability as the dependent variable. The testing is conducted using SPSS Statistics software version 25. The results of the study reveal three hypotheses, with one hypothesis accepted and two rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that, in this study, only accounts receivable turnover has a significant impact on profitability, while working capital turnover does not affect profitability in the case study object, PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk.

This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy on work readiness in final year students of the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. This research used quantitative methods involving 65 female students who were actively studying at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University class of 2020. Data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis in this research uses simple linear regression with the help of a program microsoft excel 2007 and program software SPSS statistics 20. The results of this study show that self-efficacy positively and significantly influences work readiness in final year students of the Management Study Program at Makassar State University.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Local Own-Source Revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah, PAD), regional taxes, and poverty levels on economic growth in Gorontalo Province during the 2013– 2024 period. PAD and regional taxes are essential indicators of a region's fiscal independence in funding development, while poverty acts as an impediment that can reduce productivity and consumer purchasing power. The research employs quantitative analysis using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and regional financial reports. The results indicate that PAD and regional taxes have a significant positive impact on economic growth, while poverty levels have a significant negative effect. Increased PAD and regional tax revenues contribute to public investment, infrastructure development, and social services, supporting economic activities. On the other hand, high poverty levels slow down economic growth due to limited purchasing power and reduced participation in productive activities. In conclusion, optimizing PAD and regional tax management, along with effective poverty alleviation policies, is crucial to fostering inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Gorontalo. This study is expected to serve as a reference for local governments in formulating more targeted economic development strategies.
