<p><em>The newest renewable energy source in the world and one of the most reasonably priced is solar energy. Because solar energy has so many benefits all year round, it can be a cost-effective energy source when used, especially since it is so abundant globally. to produce electricity by converting sun energy. The equator-based nation of Indonesia boasts an abundance of solar energy resources, with an average daily solar radiation intensity of about 4.8 kwh/m2. However, there is an abundance of solar-based energy sources that can be utilized. Especially in Lolo Wano Village, where the intensity of solar radiation is quite high, it is an option to develop a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) as a solution to electrical energy needs. </em><em>In order to specifically identify the class of unknown object labels, classification techniques are employed since they are able to identify models that distinguish between different data classes or data ideas. In the meantime, the Naïve Bayes algorithm takes into account multiple factors that will influence a decision's final result in order to forecast future opportunities based on data that has already been collected. The information utilized comes from observations made by the LOLO WANO VILLAGE PLTS Community (PLTS).</em> <em>The data gathered from the satisfaction survey will be divided into two categories: training data and testing data. The testing data's accuracy will be evaluated using the output of the training data model. <p><em>For students, Dasar Elementary School offers a formal education pathway. Mengubah pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran is quite important in the learning process. Perlu dicapainya, siswa atau didik adalah fungsi dari adanya seorang pendidik.This is due to the fact that in the process of teaching mathematics, understanding concepts is a foundation that is extremely important for making decisions on the solution of mathematical problems as well as daily problems. Due to a few factors that make it difficult for students to understand math lessons, they find it difficult to understand or even understand them at all. To achieve the maximum learning outcomes, education must be provided by qualified teachers. One of the most important educational resources for achieving the highest learning outcomes is a teacher. A teacher is one of the most important educational resources; learning will be more enjoyable if the teacher can implement a flexible learning model. In addition, teachers are expected to be constantly creative in their approach to teaching. Due to this, a system is required to determine the student's level of proficiency in comparison to the advanced learning environment in order to assess student learning. The collected data from the survey will be divided into two categories: training data and testing data. The model's training data results will be used to assess the accuracy of the data testing. <p><em>The issue of illegal parking in various urban areas often causes traffic congestion, disorder, and economic losses for official parking operators. One of the main causes of this phenomenon is the weakness of parking management systems and the lack of effective supervision. To address this issue, this research designs and develops an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)-based parking payment system as a solution. Traditional parking payment systems, which often still rely on cash payments, also frequently cause problems such as transaction delays, difficulties in providing change, and dependence on small denominations. These issues can lead to inconvenience for parking users and increase the risk of errors in the payment process. To address these problems, this research designs and builds an RFID-based parking payment system. This research uses the Prototype Method, which is a software development method focusing on the creation of an initial version of the system to be developed, ensuring that the resulting solution can work well, meet user needs, and be successfully implemented in a real-world environment. Based on the research findings, the RFID parking payment tool functions well. <p><em>The quality of welfare is an important indicator in assessing the social and economic development of a region, including in East Java, which has the second largest population in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the quality of welfare in East Java in 2023, focusing on variables such as average food and non-food expenditure, the number of poor people, average years of schooling, life expectancy, and open unemployment rate. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics shows that the percentage of poor people reached 10.35% and the open unemployment rate was 4.33%. The factor analysis method was used to identify the relationship between these variables and ensure the assumption of multivariate normality before the analysis was conducted. The results of the data characteristics analysis showed that all quality of life factors had asymmetrical distributions, with medians that were not centered, and outliers in the food and non-food expenditure data. Testing the assumptions of factor analysis indicated that the data met the requirements of multivariate normal distribution, dependence, and adequacy for further analysis. From the factor analysis, two new significant components were found, namely social and economic education and population and education. These findings provide important insights into the main dimensions affecting people's welfare in East Java, which can form the basis for the development of more effective socioeconomic policies.</em></p> <p><em> </em></p>Ammaar Razaan YahyaVirda WulandariSri Pingit Wulandari

<p><em>This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the laboratory administration application system used at Dharmais Cancer Hospital. The research focuses on evaluating the system’s functionality, performance, and integration with other hospital systems to assess its effectiveness in supporting laboratory administrative operations. The research method employed a quantitative survey using a questionnaire that measured five key dimensions of service quality: Tangibles (physical appearance and facilities), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy (sensitivity to user needs) The findings indicate that the system’s functionality is categorized as "Good," with an average score of 76.8%, suggesting that the physical infrastructure effectively supports administrative processes. In terms of performance, the system scored well in responsiveness and reliability, achieving scores of 76% and 76.2%, respectively. However, improvements are needed to enhance system stability to ensure more consistent service delivery. The integration of the laboratory system with other hospital systems was also positively rated, with the highest score of 78.2% in the empathy dimension, indicating adequate flexibility in supporting various functions and coordination between departments.In conclusion, the laboratory administration application system at Dharmais Cancer Hospital is effective in supporting laboratory operations and services, though there is room for improvement, particularly in reliability and data integration aspects. <p><em>In the digital era, the use of information technology in schools is essential to support more effective teaching and learning activities. SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta has implemented a digital-based library information system to replace manual methods. This system was evaluated using the PIECES method, covering six main aspects: Performance, Information Quality, Cost Efficiency, Security Control, Resource Efficiency, and Service Quality. The evaluation results showed that each aspect achieved good ratings, with average system performance at 34.6%, information quality at 39.9%, cost efficiency at 32.5%, security control at 37.7%, resource efficiency at 34.6%, and service quality at 33.8%. This evaluation indicates that the library information system at SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta is functioning effectively and efficiently. However, regular evaluations and system enhancements are necessary to ensure that the system continues to meet the library’s and users’ needs in the future.</em></p>Marsela NihimAgus Budiyantara

<p><em>XYZ Agency is one of the Implementation Units under the auspices of the South Sumatra Regional Office. This agency has 70 employees divided into 5 divisions. The assessment of the best employees is useful for directing employee behavior and attitudes to produce good and quality performance. This agency has conducted an assessment of the best employees every month, carried out using observation and a pointing system so that it is still subjective and there is no weighting of criteria. The creation of a Decision Support System (DSS) for determining the best employees aims to improve accuracy and efficiency in calculating employee performance. This study uses the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Tachyon (SMART) calculation method and sets several criteria such as Attendance, Performance, Responsibility, and Attitude. <p><em>This study develops an e-commerce application prototype with a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach that places user needs and preferences as the main focus. User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design play an important role in creating intuitive interactions, which contribute to user satisfaction and retention. The UCD method allows testing and adjusting designs based on user feedback, thereby improving navigation comfort. The UCD stages in this study include planning, understanding the context, identifying user needs, creating design solutions, evaluating, and finalizing the design. The needs analysis revealed important features, such as digital product recording, displaying structured information through a dashboard, and a search feature. The developed prototype showed increased inventory management efficiency and reduced recording errors. The results of the study showed that the application of UCD in the development of the UI/UX e-commerce prototype created a user-friendly interface and improved the shopping experience. This application is expected to meet user expectations and support a comfortable and satisfying shopping experience, and emphasize the importance of user involvement in the product development process.</em></p>Ronni Sahat HutabaratKetut Sudaryana

<p><em>As a business develops, the volume of data generated also increases. With the amount of data that continues to grow, it is necessary to process data that can support the improvement of the quality of business processes. Data processing on Wish can be done by implementing the Extract, Transform, Load process in the data warehouse using Pentaho and visualizing business intelligence with a dashboard using Metabase. The data used in this research is Wish transaction data for the period 2020-2023. The results of this study are a data warehouse using a PostgreSQL database and a dashboard to display Wish's sales performance. The results of the analysis of Wish's sales performance show that during 2020-2023 sales have increased, but most of these sales only come from one country, namely the United States. This research aims to develop IS strategic planning for Giant Ekspres Supermarkets using the Ward and Peppard method. This method includes SWOT analysis, Value Chain, Porter's Five Forces, and McFarlan's Strategic Grid to evaluate business conditions and supporting IS needs.
