This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing incentive systems for employees at UD. Vita Jaya Meuble. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, involving surveys and interviews with the owners of the business as well as the company's management. Data were collected to assess to what extent the incentive system encourages employees to achieve company goals, improve productivity, and motivate performance. The results of the analysis will provide insights into the effectiveness of the existing incentive system and recommendations for possible improvements. This research is expected to contribute to improving employee performance and satisfaction, as well as operational efficiency at UD. Vita Jaya Meuble.

This research was conducted at PT MHE Demag Indonesia in the city of Surabaya to determine the application of green economy in efforts to prevent environmental damage at PT MHE Demag Indonesia. This research uses qualitative methods obtained by taking primary data and secondary data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that PT MHE Demag Indonesia has implemented the provisions of the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021 and carried out its environmental obligations through social activities around the company environment.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy, contributing to job creation and economic growth. However, MSMEs often face various challenges, including intense competition, limited access to capital, and a lack of knowledge about marketing strategies and product diversification.This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies and product diversification implemented by four MSMEs in Indonesia: Paman Pentol (meatball seller), Lavaria Home (takoyaki and mozzarella corndog seller), goguma ppang (seller of bread made from sweet potato), and Es Doger (ice doger seller). This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the four MSMEs implement various marketing strategies and product diversification to increase sales and reach a wider market. Common marketing strategies include promotion through social media, discounts and attractive offers, and participation in local events. Product diversification undertaken by MSMEs includes developing new menus, offering combo packages, and selling products online. This study provides several important findings and recommendations for MSMEs. The key findings suggest that effective marketing strategies and product diversification can help MSMEs enhance their competitiveness and sustainability in the digital era. The main recommendations for MSMEs are to continuously innovate and adapt to market trends, improve product and service quality, and utilize digital technology to reach a wider customer base.

This research aims to analyze the budget preparation process in Indonesia, with a focus on how the government determines state revenues and expenditures. This study explores the mechanisms used in budget planning, including top-down and bottom-up approaches, as well as the role of various government agencies in the process. Data was obtained through analysis of budget documents, interviews with relevant government officials, and literature review. The research results show that budget preparation in Indonesia involves various complex stages and requires coordination between various parties. This research also found that although there are challenges in the transparency and accuracy of revenue projections, improvement efforts continue to be made through fiscal policy reform and improving financial information systems. Thus, this research provides important insights for policy makers and academics about the dynamics of budget preparation in Indonesia.

XYZ, the method used in sampling is Saturated Sampling Method (All Populations are sampled). The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that the work discipline, training and physical work environment have a significant effect on the performance of PT. XYZ.

This research examines the interaction between industrial development and other sectors in the economy. The main objective of this research is to identify the impact of industrial development on the agricultural, service and infrastructure sectors and understand the synergies that can be created between sectors. The methodology used includes secondary data analysis from government reports and case studies from several developing countries. The research results show that industrial development has great potential to encourage overall economic growth if it is well integrated with other sectors. Increased productivity in the industrial sector is often followed by growth in the services and infrastructure sectors, but this can lead to imbalances with the agricultural sector if it is not balanced with appropriate policies. Public transportation plays a significant role in supporting urban mobility. One of the widely used modes of public transportation is Electric Train (Kereta Rel Listrik or KRL), a railway system powered by electricity and operates on separate tracks from road traffic. This research aims to analyze the influence of quality management on the performance, effectiveness, and reliability of KRL services. The method used is qualitative methodology and survey, by analyzing and describing the phenomena or research objects through the observation of survey results conducted on users of the KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek service. The results show that public transportation not only serves to transport passengers but also must provide safe and comfortable services to continue to be favored by the public. The satisfaction of KRL users greatly depends on the quality of service provided.

Inflation control is a very important aspect in macroeconomic assessments, including from an Islamic economic perspective. The main focus of this research examines the mechanisms and principles of controlling inflation within an Islamic macroeconomic framework, with a focus on monetary and fiscal policies that are in accordance with sharia. This approach emphasizes economic justice, fair distribution of wealth, and balance between supply and demand in the market. Instruments such as the prohibition of usury and the use of commodity-based currencies are discussed as potential tools to maintain price stability. Apart from that, this research also evaluates the role of Islamic financial institutions in promoting economic stability and reducing the rate of inflation. The research results show that the application of Islamic economic principles can provide an effective alternative solution to control inflation, while maintaining justice and the welfare of society as a whole. Through this analysis, it is hoped that it can contribute to the development of better and more sustainable economic policies in an Islamic context.

Company performance is very dependent on the employees themselves. Therefore, personnel requires a lot of attention from management, one of wich is the discipline of each employee, work performance, and career development potential. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. With a sample size of 70 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research show that there is a partially significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, this is proven based on the results of partial tests or examinations with a total probability value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t value. > t table namely r 5.287 > 1.99601. There is a partially significant influence between career development and employee performance, this is proven based on the results of partial tests or examinations with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated value > t table, namely 4.213 > 1.99601. There is a significant and simultaneous influence between work discipline and career development on employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Jakarta Melawai Branch Office, this is proven based on the results of F tests or simultaneous tests with a total probability value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value. > F table is 71.627 > 3.13.

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on job satisfaction at PT XYZ. The method used is a quantitative method. The subjects of this study are 47 employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jakarta Centrum Main Branch Office. The data analysis techniques used include Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Determination Coefficient Test using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that partially, workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.015 < 0.05 and a t-value > t-table (2.536 > 2.015). Partially, work stress does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.729 > 0.05 and a t-value < t-table (0.348 < 2.015). Based on the F-test results, workload and work stress do not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction simultaneously. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.052 > 0.05 and an F-value < F-table (3.175 < 3.20).

Researchers took the object of research at PT Hyla Abadi, due to a decrease in customer satisfaction which was thought to be due to the influence of product quality and price. Research used is a quantitative approach. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. In accordance with the research objectivesThe population and samples used were 80 company customers and the sampling used was saturated sampling. used for validity and reliability tests were 30 customers at the same company. Based on the results of the T test, the Sig value of the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction is 0.074 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is no effect of product quality on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the T test, the Sig value of the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of price on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, the significance value of the simultaneous effect of product quality and price variables on customer satisfaction is 0.000 <0.05, so the simultaneous test is accepted, which means that there is a simultaneous effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction. So it can be concluded partially that the product quality variable has no significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable, but the price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

As a company included in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that produces and distributes primary goods to consumers, PT. XYZ has intense competition with other companies in the same industry in marketing its superior products to consumers. Therefore, the company must know the growth of its financial performance has been in good condition from year to year in order to survive in the business world, by analyzing the annual financial statements. The data collection technique in this study uses documentation studies with secondary data collection obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange by applying non-statistical quantitative research methods and analyzing using vertical methods and horizontal methods. The analysis results obtained, both using the vertical method and the horizontal method, show fluctuating movements from 2019 to 2023. However, the company's financial performance can be assessed in good condition, because the company is able to increase its assets and profits in a positive trend when expenses for payment of liabilities and expenses have increased.

The aim of this research is to find out about the work ethic of chili traders at market 46 along Jalan Baru, East Jambi District, Jambi City. and can reveal the causes of violations of business ethics in the work ethic of market 46 chili traders. This research model uses a qualitative descriptive research model. From the results of this research, it was found that seven out of eight traders had implemented and had a good work ethic and were in accordance with the provisions of Islamic business ethics. However, in this case, one trader was found who did not comply with Islamic business ethics, namely in terms of serving and responding to complaints.
