Strategi Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Melalui Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015

The aim of this research is to identify strategies that can be implemented to improve the quality of health services through QMS ISO 9001:2015 and their impact on patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in several hospitals that have implemented ISO 9001:2015. Data was collected through interviews with management, staff and patients, as well as analysis of documents related to the implementation of SMM. The results of this research show the implementation of Quality Management Principles: Hospitals that implement ISO 9001:2015 principles, such as customer focus and a risk-based approach, experience an increase in patient satisfaction and a reduction in complaints. Staff Involvement Staff involvement in the quality management process through training and feedback sessions has been proven to increase their motivation and commitment to quality standards. Performance Measurement: The use of clear performance indicators allows hospitals to identify strengths and weaknesses in their services, thereby facilitating continuous improvement. Patient Feedback : Hospitals that routinely collect and analyze patient feedback can identify areas for improvement, which has a positive impact on the overall patient experience. Continuous Improvement: By implementing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, hospitals can ensure that their processes and procedures are always updated and relevant.

AKBAL, 2024.The purpose of this study is to find out how application features have an impact on the job satisfaction of Maxim drivers in the city of Makassar. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total of 91 respondents. The driver is sampled by saturation or probability sampling techniques. The results show that the application feature variable has a positive impact on driver satisfaction, with the t-count value being greater than the t-table (15.172 greater than 0.677) and the significant value being less than 0.05 (0.000 lower than 0.05) features.

Public Perception of Employee Performance at the Marusu District Office, Maros Regency. This research aims to determine the public's perception of the quality of public services at the Marusu District office, Maros Regency, which until now has not been known, regarding service procedures, certainty of completion time, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, employee behavior, and comfort. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with Respondents consisted of community leaders, youth leaders, religious leaders and women leaders as well as sub-district leaders. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the public's perception of service users at the Marusu sub-district office, Maros Regency, is that aspects of public service procedures are easy to access, aspects of facilities and infrastructure are still lacking. Improving the provision of public services in Marusu sub-district, Maros district still depends on the number of queues and the public's perception of friendliness, politeness and comfort is considered good.

This research analyzes the management of foreign currency transactions and the impact of exchange rate differences on the financial statements of PT Kalbe Farma, a leading pharmaceutical company in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach with literature study methods and secondary data analysis, this research focuses on the healthcare sector, which is understudied in the context of exchange rate fluctuation risk management. The results show that PT Kalbe Farma has implemented accounting treatments in accordance with PSAK No. 10 for foreign currency transactions. Exchange rate differences are recognized in the income statement, significantly impacting the company's financial position. Although the company has planned risk management strategies such as foreign currency purchases and intensive monitoring, it has not implemented a formal hedging policy. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for PT Kalbe Farma in optimizing financial management amidst global foreign exchange market volatility.

This research aims factors contributing to economic growth in several provinces on Sumatra Island. Economic growth serves as an indicator reflecting the effectiveness of an economy, characterized by a significant increase in the production of goods and services. Key elements contributing to this growth include investment levels, workforce quality, infrastructure development, trade activities, as well as the fiscal and monetary policies implemented.Positive economic growth can be identified when the growth rate of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) exceeds the growth rate of the population, indicating beneficial effects on community welfare. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach, employing panel data analysis covering the period from 2009 to 2023, to investigate the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Human Development Index (HDI), and inflation on economic growth.The analysis results show that FDI and inflation significantly influence economic growth, while HDI does not exhibit a meaningful impact. These findings provide strategic recommendations for regional development focused on achieving equitable and sustainable growth. This research also emphasizes the importance of implementing effective policies to enhance economic performance and improve the quality of life for communities in Sumatra.

The management of inactive archives is crucial for companies, including PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (TASPEN), which has a large volume of documents. This study aims to understand the procedures for retrieving inactive archives in the Corporate Secretary Division, along with the tools and information systems used. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings indicate that inactive archives are stored in the Secretariat Department Room for 5 to 10 years. The retrieval procedure involves filling out a request form verified by staff, with search times ranging from 2 to 10 minutes. Challenges include human errors during data input and borrowers forgetting to return archives on time. To address these issues, TASPEN conducts regular training for employees and checks the list of transferred archives. Additionally, TASPEN is innovating by developing an E-Archive system to minimize errors and enhance integrated archive management.

The purpose of this study is to see how Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) impact the stock price of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) during the period 2019–2023. ROE and ROA, which are considered to have a significant correlation with stock price movements in the capital market, are important metrics for assessing a company's financial performance. Quantitative methods are used in this study. Secondary data used consist of monthly stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and BBCA's annual financial statements. To see how ROA and ROE impact stock prices simultaneously and partially, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that ROA has a positive and significant effect on BBCA's stock price, indicating that the company's efficiency in generating profits from its assets has a direct impact on stock price appreciation. On the other hand, ROE also has a positive and significant effect, indicating that the level of return on shareholder investment is one of the important factors in stock price assessments by investors.

Abstract, This study aims to evaluate the impact of motivation and innovation on the use of social media as a learning tool in the field of Science and Technology (IPTEK) among students of the Management Study Program. Social media is now a crucial platform in supporting digital learning, facilitating students to access information and collaborate more interactively. The data used in the study were obtained through filling out a questionnaire by 50 randomly selected management students. Analysis of the results shows that students' intrinsic motivation, such as the drive to learn independently, and extrinsic motivation, such as recognition from peers, have a significant positive correlation with the use of social media for learning purposes. Not only that, the aspect of innovation in the use of social media, such as exploring interactive features such as online discussions and sharing educational content, also strengthens this positive impact. This study suggests that motivation and innovation play an important role in increasing the effectiveness of learning through social media, so it is advisable to emphasize this approach more in designing higher education curricula.

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk for the period 2020-2023 using financial ratios, namely liquidity ratio and profitability ratio. Data analysis uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of data obtained is secondary data. The data obtained is financial statements. The researchers obtained financial statement data from the IDX website. The results show that the company's liquidity is very good because the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio values are above the industry norm. However, the company's profitability is considered poor, because the Return on Assets and Return on Equity values are below the industry standard.

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, and company size on company value, focusing on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using data from 2023, this study applies a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that profitability as measured by Return Of Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on company value, which means that companies with high profitability tend to have better market value. Conversely, leverage as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) shows varying results; although in some cases it has a positive effect, there are also findings that indicate that leverage does not always increase company value significantly. Company size, as measured by total assets, does not show a significant effect on company value in this context. This indicates that although company size can provide greater access to capital, other factors such as profitability and debt management strategies are more important in increasing company value. This study provides important insights for investors and company managers to understand the key factors that affect company value, and highlights the importance of focusing on profitability and wise debt management in their business strategies.

This scientific paper aims to determine how exports and imports affect Indonesia's economic growth. The main focus of this study is Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Indonesia's Economic Growth. The data used comes from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the data collection is carried out by documentation. The results of the study show that exports and imports have an impact on Indonesia's economic growth. In conclusion, if Indonesia exports more goods than imports, state revenues will increase and economic growth will also be better. However, during the pandemic, Indonesia faced many difficulties that affected imports, such as high unemployment rates and declining public income, which reduced people's purchasing power. In addition, the price of imported goods became more expensive. Exports were also hampered because many countries restricted their borders, so that the delivery of export goods was disrupted. These difficulties reduced state revenues, because unemployment increased and domestic production was hampered. All of these problems have an impact on economic growth. To overcome this, the government has made policies to help restore the economy and keep economic growth from slowing down.

This study aims to identify the effect of learning motivation and e-learning media on the learning achievement of Pamulang University students. The method used is quantitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires, involving 100 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business as samples. The results showed that e-learning learning media had a significant effect on student learning motivation. Regression analysis showed a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.496, which means that 49.6% of the variation in learning motivation can be explained by the e-learning variable.. The normality test shows that the data is normally distributed with an Asymp.Sig. value of 0.200. The t-test shows that e-learning has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation, with a significance value of 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that the use of e-learning learning media significantly increases the learning motivation of Pamulang University students, mainly due to the time flexibility offered.

This study aims to analyze adolescent girls' perceptions of skin whitening products containing niacinamide, an active ingredient known to have skin brightening and hyperpigmentation reduction benefits. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 100 adolescent girls aged 15-21 years old in the city of Serang. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured factors such as brand awareness, belief in product benefits, and the influence of social media in purchasing decisions. The results showed that the majority of respondents had positive perceptions of products containing niacinamide, especially regarding their safety and effectiveness. However, there are concerns regarding possible long-term side effects. Social media plays a significant role in shaping respondents' opinions through consumer reviews and influencer recommendations.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of compensation on employee performance, with remuneration serving as a moderating variable in this relationship. A quantitative approach using the SEM PLS method was employed, involving 60 employees of PT. Yani Putra Ekspres selected through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance and can enhance motivation. However, other factors, such as job satisfaction and the work environment, were found to have a more dominant influence on performance. Additionally, remuneration proved to be an effective moderating variable in the relationship between compensation and employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the company pay greater attention to other aspects, such as human resource management, organizational culture development, and the creation of a supportive work environment, to sustainably improve employee performance.

Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) is a free trade agreement involving 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including 10 ASEAN member states as well as partners such as China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Signed in November 2020, RCEP is one of the largest trade agreements in the world, covering around 30% of the global population and world GDP. For ASEAN countries, RCEP has important objectives, including improving market access, reducing tariffs and trade barriers, and strengthening economic integration. This agreement is expected to have a significant positive impact on the economy and trade in ASEAN, by driving economic growth through increased trade and investment, creating jobs, and improving people's welfare. This study aims to analyze the influence of human capital, minimum wages and workforce on the economic growth of the industrial sector in Gunung Sitoli City in 2018-2022. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Gunung Sitoli City Manpower Office. The results of the study indicate that human capital and workforce have a significant effect on the economic growth of the industrial sector, while the minimum wage does not have a significant effect. The condition of human capital in Gunung Sitoli City can be assessed based on several main indicators such as education level, workforce skills, and access to training and development of abilities. 2022 is a period in which Gunungsitoli City shows efforts to improve worker welfare through adjustments to the UMK, but still faces challenges in creating sufficient jobs to absorb the growing workforce. This study contributes to the development of local economic policies and human resource development strategies in Gunung Sitoli City.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of SAK EMKM is in the HN Cake business. This type of research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the NH Cake business has not fully implemented SAK EMKM in its business, the bookkeeping carried out is only based on cash in and cash out.

This research was conducted at UMKM Pisang Keju Sukodono, which operates in the food industry. The study aims to analyze the calculation of the cost of production as a basis for determining the selling price using the variable costing method. The data used in this research consists of qualitative data obtained from primary and secondary sources. The results show that calculating the cost of production using the variable costing method provides a more structured guideline for determining the selling price of UMKM Pisang Keju Sukodono's products.

This study aims to develop an online branding strategy for Rawon Kluwek Surabaya through the creation of creative content to enhance the product's competitiveness in the culinary market. Through this community service activity, business owners were trained in techniques for creating engaging visual content, managing social media, and implementing storytelling to strengthen brand image. The results of this activity show that business owners experienced an improvement in their skills in producing more professional product photos and videos, as well as in managing their social media accounts more effectively. Increased interaction and engagement from consumers on social media demonstrate that creative content successfully attracted a wider audience, which in turn contributed to improving the product's competitiveness. Based on the evaluation conducted, this activity has had a positive impact on strengthening Rawon Kluwek Surabaya’s position in an increasingly competitive market. However, there are still challenges in maintaining consistent content production, which requires further attention to ensure the sustainability of this branding strategy.

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Ownership Structure, Company Characteristics on Company Value with Company Financial Performance as an Intervening Variable. This study is a Quantitative Descriptive study using a statistical data analysis method based on Smart PLS4, using a Purposive Sampling Sample Selection Technique where researchers chose to focus research on Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 - 2022. Producing 5 hypotheses and one of them shows a positive and significant effect, namely the effect of Capital Structure on Ownership Structure.
