Investment is a form of financial preparation for the future. According to the KSEI report for 2022, investors under 30 years old account for 60.02%, indicating that Generation Z is becoming increasingly aware of the importance of investing. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using survey methods, with data collection through interviews. The data for this study were gathered from six university students at KH Wahab Hasbullah University. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors influencing Generation Z's investment decisions, such as investment knowledge, investment motivation, technological advancement, investment interest, lifestyle, ease of using investment applications, and investment decisions. Technological advancement refers to developments in line with scientific progress, resulting in innovations aimed at simplifying daily life. Investment can attract Generation Z students through technology and digital platforms to encourage investment activities. This study aims to explore how MSMEs in the area utilize social media as an effective marketing tool. The method used is qualitative research with data collection through an online questionnaire involving 30 MSME respondents. MSME respondents. The results showed that the majority of MSME players are young, with diverse business types, especially in the beverage sector. Social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, were chosen as marketing strategies due to their ease of access and low cost. Although MSME players face challenges in terms of technical understanding and fierce competition, the use of social media is proven to increase product visibility, expand market reach, and strengthen relationships with customers. The research aims to understand the factors influencing stock returns and the role of external factors, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, in these relationships.Using secondary data from financial reports of 54 companies with a total of 295 observations, the study employs unbalanced panel data regression analyzed using STATA. The results show that ROA and PER do not significantly affect stock returns. PBV significantly influences stock returns during the combined period (2017–2022) but not in separate periods before and during the pandemic. DPR significantly affects stock returns but does not moderate the relationships between ROA and PER with stock returns. Interestingly, DPR strengthens the relationship between PBV and stock returns only before the COVID-19 pandemic. These findings indicate that PBV and DPR can influence stock returns, although their impact varies across economic periods. Barakah Niaga Semen. In this study, the population studied was 30 employees who were also used as samples. The method used is a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis, using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software to analyze the data obtained. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents involved in this study. The results of the analysis show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. With a determination coefficient (R2) value of 55.4%, it shows that 44.6% of the variation in employee work motivation can be explained by the leadership style applied in the company. Meanwhile, the remaining 44.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This finding emphasizes the importance of implementing a good leadership style to improve employee motivation. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to strengthen their leadership style in order to improve work motivation which can ultimately contribute to improving the company's overall performance. This article aims to analyze the application of Pancasila values in facing social changes influenced by the advancements of digital technology. The research uses a library research method by analyzing various literatures related to Pancasila and the impact of the digital era on social life. The research findings indicate that although digital technology offers convenience in disseminating information, significant challenges arise in the form of individualism, materialism, and the misuse of social media, which can threaten national unity. This type of research is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique distributed through questionnaires to 100 male and female Livin Mandiri mobile banking user respondents aged 20 - 55 years and domiciled in West Jakarta. Primary data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of this research show that the variables Service Quality, Customer Perception Value, Customer Satisfaction and Trust are proven to have a positive effect and the service quality variable has the greatest influence on trust. Then the biggest indirect influence is trust with service quality and customer satisfaction. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of female social media users aged 17-25 years (Generation Z), following the official Make Over social media account, intending to or having purchased Make Over products, and residing in Jakarta which was distributed through a questionnaire to 100 generation z respondents. Primary data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. This study shows that the variables of customer review, celebrity endorser, purchase intention and trust can be proven to have a positive influence and the trust variable has the greatest direct influence on purchase intention. Then the trust variable has the greatest indirect influence on customer reviews and purchase intention. This research highlights the fundamental contribution of MSMEs to the national economy, especially in addressing issues such as poverty, unemployment, and income distribution. The study emphasizes the importance of understanding market opportunities and capitalizing on them through innovative product offerings that appeal to consumers. The purpose of this study is test the effect of product quality and product design on sales volume at UD. Sinar Arafah Jaya products. This study uses a mixed methods (a mix of quantitative and qualitative). Collected data using questionnaire and interview. Respondents in this study were 32 people consumers who had purchased UD. Sinar Arafah Jaya products. The hypothesis was formulated and tested using regression analysis with SPSS software. While qualitative analysis was obtained from the results of interview transcripts with owner which processed with&nbsp; NVivo 12 Pro software and provided information and explanations. The results of quantitative research show that, simultaneously, quality and product design have a positive and significant effect on sales volume (f count 58,333 &gt; f table 8,183 with a significant value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the influence of the independent variables (service quality and price) on the dependent variable (consumer satisfaction). The research results show that service quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Of these two variables, the price variable has a more dominant influence than service quality. This shows that consumers consider the suitability of price to product quality and price competitiveness more in assessing their satisfaction. However, from an external perspective, opportunities are smaller than threats, with a negative difference of -0.18. The sample in this study were 100 Alfagift users, with the sampling method using Non Probability Sampling with Accidental Sampling technique. Data collection by distributing questionnaires. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results of the respondents' answers to the questionnaire given were then processed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that Price Perception and Brand Image have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Promotion has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and Price Perception, Promotion and Brand Image simultaneously affect Purchasing Decisions.</em></p> 2025-02-19T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Riset Manajemen
