One of the religious events is the MTQ event. MTQ (Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an) is a competition for reading the Qur'an with mujawwad readings, namely reciting the Al-Qur'an following the legal rules of tajwid, the art of song and sound, and reading with adab recitations. In organizing an event, the important thing that must be considered by the organizers is promotion in order to notify, invite, and remind people about the event being held. The excellence of an event is not only determined by the promotion and also the type of event, but also must be supported by the quality of service. Service quality plays a very important role because it is assessed based on visitor satisfaction. If the service quality is good, the visitors who come will be happy, satisfied, and will revisit the next MTQ event. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of promotion and service quality on visitor satisfaction.This study uses associative quantitative research with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method in this study is multiple linear regression with partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous testing (f test). From the test results of this study it was found that partially the promotion variable had an insignificant effect on visitor satisfaction while the service quality variable had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. PT Perempatan EO Bali is a service business that provides services in the field of MICE events and is the organizer of the Lintasarta Bali 2023 event. Judging from the quality of service, PT Perempatan EO always provides the best service in terms of reliability, responsiveness, physical evidence, guarantees, and empathy. The company also always provides professional and reliable services and guarantees the satisfaction of participants in the Lintasarta Bali 2023 official meeting event. This research uses a quantitative research type. The object of this study were participants in the 2023 Bali cross-art service meeting, where the research instrument was a questionnaire. In this study, a saturated sample was used, which consisted of 109 cross-section event participants. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing (t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination test). The results of this study indicate that the quality of service simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of participants in the 2023 Bali cross-art agency meeting with an f-count value greater than f-table, namely 48.119&gt; 3.93. Employee Performance Appraisal is an important part of all employee performance. Work Performance Assessment must be carried out formally based on criteria that are applied rationally and objectively and documented systematically, so that the interests of the employees and the company can be met. The form of this research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the Nonprobability Sampling technique and used 70 respondents as the sample. Primary data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained through literature studies in the form of relevant books, journals and previous research. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and instrument test. The results of the study show that performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t<sub>count</sub> value for the work performance variable is 9.353 with a significance of 0.026. Meanwhile t<sub>table</sub> at α=0.05 is 1.995. This shows that t<sub>count</sub> (9.535) &gt; t<sub>table</sub> (1.995) and a probability value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 then Ha is accepted so Ho is rejected. The population of this study totaled 19,694 visitors, and the sample used was 100 respondents (slovin). The ticket price is the amount charged for a service in order to obtain the benefits of the service. Tourist visits that do not experience a significant and unstable increase are phenomena in this study. The research aims to determine the effect of attraction, facilities and ticket prices on visitor satisfaction at the Bukit Holbung tourist attraction in Samosir Regency. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The object of research is visitors to the Holbung Hill tourist attraction in Samosir Regency in 2022. The population in this study is unknown. The sample in this study was 100 visitors. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire via Google form and observation at tourist destinations. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that visitor satisfaction at the Bukit Holbung tourist attraction in Samosir Regency was significantly and partially influenced by attractiveness, facilities, and ticket prices. Simultaneously attractiveness, facilities and ticket prices have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Attractiveness has the most dominant influence on visitor satisfaction. The multiple linear regression equation for this study is Y = 1.667 + 0.267X1 + 0.366X2 + 0.251X3 + e. Location is a company decision to determine a place of business to carry out business activities or operational activities, and to distribute goods or services that are part of its business activities to consumers. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of facilities and location on visitor satisfaction at the Thaipusam Street festival event in Medan. This research is a type of associative research using quantitative data with a population of 5,000 people and a sample of 98 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with partial data hypothesis testing, simultaneous testing and the coefficient of determination. Facilities and location have a positive and partial effect on Visitor Satisfaction of the Thaipusam Street Festival Event in Medan. From the results of the simultaneous research it was concluded that the facilities and location simultaneously affected the visitor satisfaction of the Thaipusam Street Festival Event in Medan. This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attraction on the decision to visit the MICE Puncak Siosar 2000 destination, determine the effect of facilities on the decision to visit the MICE Puncak Siosar 2000 destination, determine the influence of tourist attraction and facilities on the decision to visit the MICE Puncak Siosar 2000 destination. This study uses a quantitative research method with multiple linear analysis. The variables used in this study are Attractiveness (X1), Facilities (X2), and Visit Decision (Y). Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires online to visitors who had visited Puncak Siosar 2000 using a accidental sampling technique, with predetermined characteristics. The scale measurement used in this study is the Likert Scale. The data in this study were processed with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 for Windows application. The results showed that the Attractive Variables (X1) and Facilities (X2) had a positive and significant effect on Decision (Y) both partially and simultaneously. This is evidenced by the results obtained based on hypothesis testing. The sample used in this research was 60 respondents with the criteria being female and male respondents aged at least 17 years and respondents who had used and had purchased Scarlett Whitening skincare products. The sample collection technique uses non-probability sampling using purposive sampling, while data collection is carried out using a physical questionnaire. The analysis used is path analysis which is processed using IBM SPSS. The results of this research can be concluded that Product Quality has a partial effect on Purchasing Decisions with a significance value (0.000 &lt; 0.05), Price has a partial effect on Purchasing Decisions with a value of significance (0.019 &lt; 0.05), Social Media Marketing partially influences Purchase Decisions with a significance value (0.000 &lt; 0.05), Purchase interest has a direct influence on Purchase Decisions with a significance value (0.022 &lt; 0.05). Product Quality has a partial influence on Purchase Interest with a significance value of (0.008 &lt; 0.05), Price has a partial influence on Purchase Interest with a significance value of (0.029 &lt; 0.05), Social Media Marketing has a partial influence on Purchase Interest with a significance value of (0.001 &lt; 0.05). The application of JIT aims to enhance operational efficiency and company profitability by reducing inventory costs and optimizing production processes. This study references previous research that indicates JIT can increase the contribution margin per unit, reduce ordering and storage costs, and improve production efficiency. The findings show that implementing JIT at PT Yakult Indonesia Persada can reduce waste, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the availability of raw materials according to production needs. The results of the t test analysis show that the compensation variable (</em><em>) has no significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) of PT XYZ, this is indicated by the sig value. the number is greater than 0.05, namely 0.368 &gt; 0.05. And the work discipline variable (</em><em>) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) of PT XYZ, which is indicated by the value of this figure less than 0.05, namely 0.011 &lt;0.05. In the face of increasingly fierce competition, it is important for companies to understand the factors that can increase employee productivity. This research uses a qualitative approach with an interview method with seven employees at Gravity Digital Printing. The results showed that fair and competitive compensation can improve employee motivation and performance. In addition, a conducive, comfortable, and supportive work environment also plays an important role in increasing employee productivity. Although some aspects of the work environment need improvement, such as facilities and room comfort, overall, a positive work environment is able to support employee performance. These findings confirm the importance of Gravity Digital Printing to continuously evaluate compensation policies and improve work environment conditions to ensure sustainable employee well-being and productivity.
