<p><em>The background to this research is based on the importance of leadership and integrity in increasing employee loyalty, especially in the government sector. Employee loyalty is a key factor in creating a productive and harmonious work environment. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and integrity on employee loyalty in Semper Timur Subdistrict. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 40 employees of Semper Timur Subdistrict. Data analysis was carried out using linear multiple regression to test the relationship between leadership, integrity, and employee loyalty variables. The research results show that both leadership and integrity have a significant influence on employee loyalty. Effective leadership and high integrity between leaders and employees have been proven to increase employee loyalty, which in turn has a positive impact on overall organizational performance.</em></p>Suci Widha RamadhantiAna Ramadhayanti

Effective training helps employees develop the technical and interpersonal skills necessary to provide responsive and empathetic service, which are two important dimensions in service quality assessment. The results of the study show that employee training and development have a positive impact on the company. <p><em>To compete in the global MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) industry, qualified human resources are required. Therefore, a training program is conducted for employees to ensure goals are met, particularly in the field of aircraft maintenance. This program aims to evaluate using the Kirkpatrick Four-Level method, which identifies Level 1 (reaction), Level 2 (learning), Level 3 (behavior), and Level 4 (results). The study aims to assess and analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of the training, its impact on performance, such as productivity improvement, service quality, cost reduction, and measure the participants' understanding and behavior changes. In addition, the Return on Training Investment (ROTI) achieved by PT X is also analyzed. This study uses a non-statistical quantitative approach, focusing on data management to assess the company's progress based on annual training reports. The research results indicate that at Level 1, the overall average reached 4.09 across 4 parameters. At Level 2, the participants' average pre-test score was 78.5, and the post-test score was 87.8. At Level 3, discipline improved with a total score of 94.5 and an average of 4. At Level 4, ROTI reached 130.22%, with a return on investment of $99,550.97 from a training cost of $76,449.03.</em></p>Alissa KhairunnisaRosento Rosento

<p><em>This research was used to find out how brand awareness and brand image impact interest in purchasing iPhone products in Indonesia. Brand awareness includes recognition of the product and logo, while brand image involves consumer perceptions regarding product quality and exclusivity. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents who are iPhone users. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS, which showed that both brand awareness and brand image had a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. These results indicate that increasing brand awareness and image can encourage consumers to prefer iPhone over other brands. <p><em>This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work communication and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this study were employees at CV Sinar Wijaya. The sample in this study was 60 employees with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the partial t test results of the variables discipline, work communication and compensation have an effect on employee performance. <p><em>This research aims to determine the effect of ROE, NPM, EPS on share prices. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through secondary data. The population in this study are all telecommunications companies listed on the IDX 2018-2022. The sample in this research was 30 financial reports. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing. </em><strong><em> </em></strong><em>The research results show that the partial t test results of the ROE variable have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, NPM has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. EPS has a negative and insignificant effect on share prices. <p><em>This research aims to analyze the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, specifically ChatGPT, in improving Human Resources (HR) skills and competencies. The main focus of this research is to identify the role of ChatGPT in HR training and development, including the improvement of communication skills, problem solving, and continuous learning through AI-based interactions. The research method used was descriptive quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires involving 58 students from various universities in East Java. The results showed that the majority of students reported significant benefits from the implementation of ChatGPT, which not only enriched the learning experience but also improved in-depth and interactive understanding of the material. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment om employee performance at Yayasan Pendidikan Mulia Buana Bogor Branch either partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative, The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample in this study amounted to 51 responden. Data analysis using validity test, realibility test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypotesis testing. The result of this study is that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression aquation Y= 15.847 + 0,631 X1. Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression aquation Y= 6,983 + 0,833 X2. Compensation and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression aquation Y= 1.930 + 0,320 X1 + 0,640 X2, a correlation value of 0.843 means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship level. The value of the coefficient of determination is 71,1% the remaining 28,9% is influenced by other factors. The result of the study partially show that Compensation has apositive and significant effect on Employee Performance. It can be concluded that the value of t count > t table (6,317 > 2,009), Work Environment has positif and signifikan effect on Employee Performance. <p><em>This research is based on a phenomenon about the leadership style of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk which is authoritarian. In addition, there is also the problem of compensation in the form of overtime wages which are unevenly distributed by PT Gudang Garam Tbk. In this case, if allowed to drag on, it can affect the level of discipline owned by each personnel. This study uses a quantitative research method. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents using the random sampling/probability sampling method with the ara sampling technique. The data analysis techniques are in the form of technical data analysis, descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests of the coefficient of determination (R Square) as well as path analysis and sobel tests through the SPSS program 25.0 for windows. The results of this study: (1) The Authoritarian Leadership Style Variable (X1) partially affects but is not significant on Work Discipline (Z) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.179 > 0.05. (2) The Variable of Financial Compensation (X2) partially has a significant effect on Work Discipline (Z) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.037 < 0.05. (3) The Authoritarian Leadership Style variable (X3) partially did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a statistical value of sig. t 0.381 > 0.05. <p>The Sumberdem Tourism Village is located in the Wonosari District of Malang Regency. It is situated on the slopes of Mount Kawi, recognised as a site with potential to develop into a tourist destination. The local administration endorses the establishment of a Tourism Village and is optimistic that it will offer remarkable opportunities for community development and economic enhancement. This study identifies the characteristics that facilitate the transition of Sumberdem Village into a tourist destination. The researcher aims to analyse the evolution of Sumberdem Tourism Village. The author employed interviews and documentation methods as data gathering strategies in this research. Interviews were executed systematically, utilising prearranged questions for the participants. The researcher employed SWOT and PEST analytical approaches to enhance the data. Subsequently, researchers employed source triangulation methods to assess the data's validity. This research culminated in a tourism village development strategy that identifies possibilities and risks from both internal and external sources. This research analysis examines the potential effects and future prospects of the study. Sumberdem Village possesses numerous potentials, including coffee plantations, bamboo forests, water springs, and goat farms, alongside social and cultural aspects such as community arts and traditions. <p>MSMEs play a crucial role in ASEAN's economic growth; nonetheless, only 15% have achieved sustained entry into foreign markets, highlighting a deficiency in internationalisation capabilities. This study seeks to examine the impact of digital competence, market intelligence, and international networks on the internationalisation performance of MSMEs in the ASEAN region. A quantitative technique employing a cross-sectional explanatory study design was utilised to collect data from 250 MSME exporters across five principal ASEAN nations (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore) via a structured survey. Multiple regression analysis indicated that digital capacity, market knowledge, and international networks positively and significantly influence MSME internationalisation performance. The findings underscore the necessity of a cohesive strategy for MSME capability development to improve the efficacy of international expansion, while offering strategic direction for policymakers in formulating programs to facilitate MSME internationalisation in the ASEAN area.</p>Mohammad AminSudarmiatin Sudarmiatin

<p>Employee performance monitoring is one of the key factors in human resource management, especially in a dynamic business sector such as futures trading. PT XYZ, a company engaged in futures trading, faces challenges in managing the performance of Business Consultants (BC) which often arise due to lack of clarity in the division of tasks, lack of accountability, and ineffective coordination. This study aims to optimize employee performance supervision at XYZ through the implementation of the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) system integrated with Google Sheets. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, where in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation are used to collect data from employees and project managers who are directly involved. The results showed that the RACI system through Google Spreadsheet can clarify employee roles and responsibilities, increase accountability, and facilitate real-time performance monitoring. The modification of the RACI matrix in this spreadsheet also makes it easier for management to improve team collaboration and productivity. <p><em>This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Awareness and Electronic Word of Mouth Marketing on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Erigo Fashion in the Shopee Application on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The data used in this research is primary data of 100 samples. This type of research is included in quantitative research. The population in this study were students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University who had made purchases from Erigo Fashion on the Shopee Application. Data collection was carried out using documentation and survey methods using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis.</em> <em>The results of this research show that brand awareness and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with Erigo fashion in the Shopee application. Furthermore, customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention. Brand awareness does not have a significant influence on repurchess intention, and electronic word of mouth does not have a significant influence on prepurchess intention. <p><em>Free trade plays a crucial role in global economic development, especially in the era of globalization, and the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) aims to create a single market within the ASEAN region through the liberalization of trade in goods. This study examines the impact of AFTA on Indonesia's economic transformation, including increased export and import volumes as well as regional economic integration, highlighting benefits such as the growth of exports in manufacturing, agriculture, and consumer goods, alongside strengthening domestic industries. However, free trade poses risks, such as competition from imported products that could pressure local producers. Using a qualitative approach through literature studies, the findings show a significant increase in export and import volumes following AFTA implementation, although regional development disparities remain a challenge. The theoretical studies related to this research are using the theory of legal protection (Musyafah, 2019). This research uses a normative juridical method with the aim of analyzing the role of functions attached to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in accordance with the legislation as the basis for its formation. The challenges faced by the Financial Services Authority in the era of digitalization of financial services are data security and cyber threats, adaptive regulations, digital divide, digital literacy and dependence on third parties. Through a literature review, this study examines various theories and previous research related to service quality, response speed, and customer satisfaction. The findings indicate that both service quality, which includes tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, as well as response speed in serving customers, have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. <p><em>Customer satisfaction is a crucial factor in the service industry, including PT Bretonia Marble, which faces challenges in maintaining service quality standards amidst global competition. This study aims to measure the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Bretonia Marble. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to a sample of the company's customers, while secondary data came from the company's sales reports. The independent variable in this study is service quality, and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. Data processing was conducted using regression analysis to determine the relationship between these variables. The research results show that service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction, with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.645. This indicates that 64.5% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors such as price and product reputation. The T-test demonstrates that service quality positively impacts customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000. In conclusion, improving service quality at PT Bretonia Marble significantly contributes to customer satisfaction. Therefore, the company is advised to continuously enhance various service dimensions, such as reliability, empathy, and responsiveness, to maintain customer loyalty and improve market competitiveness. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT Mega Niaga Sejahtera. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive approach with an ordinal scale, where the respondents were taken using a simple purposive sampling method of 50 people through distributed questionnaires. Data analysis used consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data were processed using SPSS 24.0 for Windows. The results of the study prove that leadership style and work discipline simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Mega Niaga Sejahtera. The t-value of leadership style is 1.122> 1.676 with a significance level of 0.268> 0.05, the t-value of work discipline is 12.490> 1.676 where the significance level is 0.000 <0.05 so that it means that X1 is not accepted, while X2 is accepted in influencing employee performance at PT Mega Niaga Sejahtera. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) indicate that leadership style and work discipline have an effect on employee performance of 77.2% and the remaining 22.8% of employee performance is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.</em></p>Sintia Rahayu MardyaningrumMelisa Zuriani Hasibuan

This is a very interesting issue to be discussed further. This research aims to find out whether digital marketing has a significant effect on buying interest. The sampling technique in this research used probability sampling with a purposive sampling method; a total sample of 100 Gen-Z Shopee users in Bandar Lampung were used as respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression techniques, coefficient of determination techniques, partial hypothesis testing (T-test), and simultaneously (F test). The results of this research using partial hypothesis testing (T-test) show that digital marketing has a significant effect on purchase interest. Price does not have a significant effect on purchase intention. From the simultaneous hypothesis test (F-test), it can be seen that digital marketing and price have a significant effect on buying interest. <p><em>This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and employee involvement on employee performance. With a quantitative approach, data was collected through a survey involving employees from DJP Central Java II. This research method is quantitative. The population of this research is all 130 employees of DJP Central Java II. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the number of samples obtained in this study was 130 respondents. The data needed in this research is primary data. The primary data needed in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires which were distributed to respondents at DJP Central Java II. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that transformational leadership style and employee involvement have a significant influence in improving employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment functions as a strengthening relationship between leadership and employee engagement, which indirectly influences performance. <p><em>The aim of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and product quality variables on repurchase decisions through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research employs a quantitative approach utilizing primary data obtained through questionnaires from respondents. The population in this study consists of 1,380 consumers of Yotta Tinumbu Branch, Makassar City, based on sales data from August to December. The sample in this study was selected using Hair's method, with a total of 150 respondents. The analysis method is conducted using SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that service quality and product quality have a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction at Yotta Tinumbu branch. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on repurchase decisions. Service quality directly affects repurchase decisions, while product quality does not have a significant impact on repurchase decisions. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction on Go-Ride services from Gojek. With the rapid development of information and communication technology, online transportation services such as Gojek have become the main solution for people in meeting mobility needs, which require comfort, time efficiency, and affordable prices. High service quality and competitive prices are key factors in creating customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature studies as the main method, collecting data from various sources such as scientific articles, publications, and related research reports. The results of the study indicate that Gojek's service quality, which includes response speed, punctuality, driver attitude, and safety and comfort during the trip, has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, the price of Go-Ride services also contributes to the level of consumer satisfaction. This study found that customers who experience good service quality tend to be more satisfied and loyal to Gojek services. <p><em>In an organization, conflict is an unavoidable aspect that always arises in every collaborative relationship among individuals, groups, and organizations. Although conflict can have positive effects on the development of a school within certain limits, it must be managed carefully to avoid detrimental consequences. The school principal, as the highest leader, has the responsibility to manage conflict effectively, ensuring that it brings positive benefits and avoids negative impacts. This study aims to explore the strategies employed by school principals in managing internal conflicts to achieve optimal school performance. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that principals apply three strategies in conflict management: collaboration, accommodation, and compromise. <p><em>Conflicts that arise in pesantren are often triggered by cultural, normative, and habitual differences among santri from various regions. This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies employed by the security management in resolving conflicts among santri with different cultural backgrounds at Pondok Pesantren Darus Sholah Jember. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document study. The results show that the pesantren management uses mediation, educational approaches, and rule formation to manage conflicts. Support from the pesantren leadership and religious values emphasizing brotherhood are key supporting factors, while communication barriers among the santri remain a challenge that needs to be addressed.
