The journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on publication ethics (COPE) in dealing with all aspects of publication ethics and, in particular, how to deal with cases of research and publication errors. This statement describes the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the process of publishing articles in this journal, including the author, editor-in-Chief, Editors, Mitra Bestari, and publishers Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis (ITB) Semarang. The journal is committed to following best practices on ethical issues, errors, and retractions. Prevention of publication malpractice is one of the important responsibilities of the editorial board. Any kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable, and the Journal does not tolerate plagiarism in any form.
